Has anyone noticed that after awhile, naval units bombardment becomes ineffective?? I had mine sailing up and down the coast in C3C, pounding on my enemy, when I noticed that nomatter what I did, I would get a bombardment failed message. I wanted to destroy some infastructure prior to my gound unit's arrival. So much for that plan. Any ideas??
