While the general Hall of Fame is an ongoing competition, we like to run time-definite competitions between updates that we call Gauntlets. Standard Hall of Fame rules (*) still apply, but any games meeting the settings will be counted towards the Gauntlet.

PLEASE NOTE THESE FOUR EXCEPTIONS!

1. This is an ANY LEADER
2. You are allowed to submit up to THREE DIFFERENT GAMES
3. You must click "No Goody Huts"
4. You must set your opponents to Austria, Greece, and Venice. (This further means none of your submissions can be Austria, Greece, or Venice.)

• Victory Condition: Diplomacy (though all victory conditions must be enabled)
• Difficulty: Chieftain
• Map Size: Tiny
• Map Type: Small Continents
• Speed: Quick
• Leader: Any
• Required: No Goody Huts
• Opponents: Must include Austria (Maria Theresa), Greece (Alexander), Venice (Enrico Dandolo)
• Version: SV8
• Date: 4th to 31st December 2023

The earliest finish date wins, with score as a tiebreaker.

Oddly, now with this gauntlet, I got too many C/S. Found 8 by 1 AD, so figured ok......but now have found 10. All well and good seeing opponents! But don't want to waste many hours if game's not going to be accepted. It did say 4 and 8 C/S, am pretty positive.

I don't have time to look it up right now, but I believe having more cities actually slows down your science and culture. Which is a bit counterintuitive but that seems to be the way Civ 5 works.
