Game Crashes When I Click on Tutorial

Got the game installed just fine, but it requires the install CD to play instead of the actual play CD.

The game runs extremely slow, and when I clicked on Tutorial on the main menu, the game simply crashed.

Here are my system specs:
Celeron 2.4ghz
512MB RAM
128MB Radeon 9200
Windows XP SP 2

Same here. Tutorial crashes and requires "hard computer re-boot". In addition I can't get past the Select leader or whatever screen. I have attempted three installations but, no luck yet.

Pentium IV
512MB RAM

Same/similar problem. Posted in nvidia problem thread. I have the GeForce 5600, new drivers etc. This stinks.
