General Turn Discussion

Me 3...I'd do it but I don't know how...
 
I already requested this at one point -- I don't know why it hasn't been done yet...

Do we have to request this in the Game Forum or can our resident Mod take care of this for us?
 
Only the administrator (Thunderfall) would be able to do it. Sending him a PM is probably our best bet.
 
Thanks Theoden, I'll see if I can take care of this. If no one else has already bugged him about it?

EDIT: PM Sent...hopefully we will all notice when it he has taken care of it without another post being generated!
 
Setting up another private forum might be difficult to be honest but you asked the right guy. Another alternative is to move the threads to the pbem forum where they don't clutter this private forum.
 
Quick Question: How do you change your civ leader and civ description in game?

Oh, and I want to rant about the stupid 10 charactor limit, sometimes a short answer is better than a long answer...whoever decided it was a buffoon.

Bummer/cool. OK, I'll sim it out; just giving notice that we should probably use one worker to chop a third worker immediately after the settler; I'll explain why in a few hours.

While my first reaction is to agree with everyone (NW) I wonder how much time we have until we need that warrior for escort duty? Since we're using Warrior2 for Settler 1 then there should be some time. If there is it would behoove us to check out the area before heading back.
 
that is what i was looking for bucking the trend....If the "star" map is in play then it would make sense to go SE..NE SE NE (the zig zap pattern obviously taking advantage of hills) until we hit the coast. then circle back along the NE edge (coast) until we arrive at the rice, at which point warrior #2 can be there for settler #2.

Alternatively, if we predict settler #2 is done on turn X then we can onyl send this warrior X / 2 turn distance from commerce city site. (if he didn't hit the coast for example) this would also allow us to not have to build a workboat.
 
I don't want to go SE - either NE or E, mainly to take advantage of the cover.

And I don't think that SE lets us see anything more than we see, anyway, does it?
