@Niner: I do not think there's gonna be enough ram for now, I think 2GB is well enough for modern era but because of a little bit speed problems of civilization iteself (in later stages of game in big maps) it still can be cloggy

If you missed the year on the last post before yours, this has pretty much been dead for 4 years. The last time someone posted in this thread, Bush Jr. was still president and the latest Batman movie was Dark Knight Returns. Michael Jackson and David Carradine were both still alive.
