- fixed a crash caused by winning the game*

*this bug was the cause behind many crashes reported on winning UHVs or any other kind of victory. The problem with this bug is that it's not reliably reproducible, but I have encountered it before. All saves that reported this issue did not crash for me. My theory of what causes it is the victory soundtrack that is supposed to play when you win the game, which is the only explanation why this crash can always be avoided by turning off sound entirely.

I have no idea what actually causes the crash and why it is so transient. My best guess is that the game attempts to load the music file when it's supposed to play and either there is not enough memory or there is some kind of other memory issue causing the crash. It all happens in the exe, so I have no insight into exactly what happens either.

The attempted fix in that commit disables the usual way of triggering the victory music via the exe and instead simply plays it from Python. Since the crash is not reproducible, I have no idea if this actually helps. Please let me know if the crash still occurs for you.
