Help request: Recover the Admin password for a PBEM game

The War and Peace: Napoleonic Europe game has stalled out because of Bowsling's untimely disappearance. The rest of us would still like to play, but Bowsling has the admin password. Does anyone around here have a utility that could reset the admin password for us?

Note that I do not want to download such a utility or do file format research myself; like Caesar, I must remain "beyond reproach" since I'm a player in that game
