Forgot to add this to the title. It is patch 1.11. (Ver 1.11.0 (210674)) Which my PS4 downloaded on 12/17/2020.
Had a bug where i summoned Arthur from the great people screen instead of directly in the city and it gave me a great general instead. Iv done this before with Oya and it gave me her. The odd thing is it only cost me 850 faith (the cost of arthur) and I was only like 20% through a great general. My points to the next great general remained at 20% as well on the next turn. It essentially gave me a great general for the price of a hero revive. Arthur also remained dead. I didn't need him in the first place so I didn't try summoning him again. I only summoned him for the last point I needed for a golden age.
We were playing with heroes and legends, secret society, and tech/civic shuffle.
