How to add leader to existing civ?

Is there a tutorial on how to add a leader to an existing civ? I found how to add a new civ, but I can't find one on how to add a leader to an existing civ (even when using the search feature). Does anyone know where it is?

I can't remember any stand alone "Add a leader" tutorial. But you could check a tutorial on how to add a civ. There is a part about adding a leader in it.
