In Singleplayer i can click advanced settings and add as many players as i want till the limit. So on small map i can have 22 civs in total.
In Multiplayer howerer, i cannot add more players than the map size. So in small map i can have max 6 civs which sucks so much. Especially that i want less city states and more civs.
How can i add more civs in multiplayer, is there any way to do that?
