Oregano Freelance illustrator Joined Dec 6, 2005 Messages 95 Nov 6, 2016 #1 I meet a new civ, go through the usual niceties, click out of the diploscreen, and they're at war with me. What the hell gives? AND I suffer Warmonger penalties. Is this a bug, or something that I'm missing?

Could that have been what happened? This also causes a bug with the declaration of war popups, so that it looks like you are declaring war on yourself.

That make sense, now that you explain it (Brazil declared on me earlier). Yeah, I've got the DOW's on myself several times. Very confusing.
