I need help with the editor.

I was trying to edit the civilizations and wonders/improvments but there seems to be other options that are down below and off the screen that I can't scroll down to. For instance I wanted to make a certain unit available to the Byzantines but I can't scroll down to the Byzantines because the screen isn't big enough. Please help me.

Increase the resolution on your monitor, is about all I can say.

If that doesn't work, there are ways you can move the window around by just using the keyboard, but I don't remember what it is.

On my 15" and 17" monitors, Screen resolution needs to be at least 1024x768 minimum to be able to make changes to the bottom parts of the editor, and I have to move the editor to the top of the screen.

on my civ3 game i have to ajust my monitier to play every time.
