Kinda interesting video. Sort of draws the conclusion on what we do here to paying reparations for slavery.

Missed some important differences though. I think reparations for slavery are a bad idea, here there's a treaty and tribal authorities.

It depends on whether you're talking about what the situations are in the U.S. and Canada. Treaties in one country have no effect in the other.
