I was playing BotM28 when an old problem reappeared.
At end of turn, "Waiting for Other Civs" popped up and stayed indefinitely.
I backed up to an older save and played back to the same point with the same result,
an indefinite "Waiting for Other Civs".
Any ideas of how to get past this point?
I read an old thread but found nothing useful to try.
