Inter-turn Trading

I was just a-wondering if the AI in Civ 3 PTW 1.21f still does the sneaky "Trade tech while it's the player's turn" trick it used to do, thereby preventing you from selling Writing to every civ in the game. It used to do that in some version of the game, Civ 3 or PTW, I'm not sure...

I believe that it does not trade techs while it is the player's turn any longer.

Yep. I think it only did this in vanilla Civ3 version 1.16 or 1.17 (can't remember which), and it was fixed in the next patch.
