This thread aims to provide an overview of all stores that offer a pre-order of Civilization IV around the world. Only a few US stores offer the limited pre-order edition (as noted). All other stores seem to sell the regular version. Mr. Greenfinch found out that Yahoo ships the Pre-order version internationally at reasonable prices. Grumbler found that play.com sells to Western Europe at the cheapest prices incl. shipping.

The listed shipping date is the date advertised on the site, if any. This date may or may not be correct.

Gamestop also seems to ship internationally but they charge $60 for shipment which makes $110 for Civ4 PE.
I almost decided to pay >$100 for Civ4 PE before I discovered that Poland is included on a very short list of countries in Take2Store. I can pay so much as Civ is the only game I sometimes play after selling my Atari 800 XL 10 years ago
