[BNW] Is it possible to use Firetuner to edit Great Person Points?

As seen above, I've encountered a very odd glitch here and I'd rather not have 2-3 Great People spawning each turn. IGE doesn't have any option to edit non gold/culture/faith/science yields and I'd rather not simply restart this game entirely. Any chance I could get a "For Dummies" guide on how to use Firetuner to edit Great People generation?
