Is there anything more annoying than getting beat to a wonder by 1 turn?

I really really hate it when I am in desperate need of a good goody ruin and my scout has finally found one but the turn before he will get to it a foreign unit crashes in to it and then cheerfully makes introductions. "Hi, I am Bismarck", or something like that.

It is like having new next door neighbours coming over to introduces themselves and they ***** on your door-mat first.

I know the feeling all to well.

I get more annoyed if an AI takes a good city spot from me, and settles the city in a terrible spot.
Even more so if tis a civ you do'nt really wanna fight. :/
