In February 1950 a new World Congress was held in Sioux Falls. The congress was assembled by the United States together with the victorious Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. The main goal was to finally end the First World War that had plagued the world over fifteen years.

The Congress was a success and USSR agreed to sign peace with France in exchange for Venitija. The First World War was over and it was clear that USSR got the most of it supressing Asia under Soviet rule. The European Alliance against France was also succesful as France lost signicant parts of her European and American holdings. Although as a sign of good faith Stalin liberated Paris back to France.




The USSR also got a footstep in North America by settling Alaska and occupying Japanese Seatlev. The USSR now spread from Frankfurt to Seatlev and controlled over 29 percent of world's landmass and over 35 percent of it's population.

Arabia got surprisingly strong support, so I'll have to seriously consider it. However, I'll be busy for the next week or so, thus I am not going to decide the new civ until July. So feel free to post more ideas/votes here, I'll let you know when I've decided.
