This has GOT to be an announcement of some kind of the second expansion. The Switch version got released 4 days ago, people are already playing that. Plus there is nothing in Civ VI vanilla that coincides with clouds floating over a city with wind sounds.

I really doubt it'll be anything to do with iOS.
