A lot of multiplayer’s use voice communication especially with playing in teams. For most part a program called teamspeak (ts) is used. You can download it here: http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads

CP league also got a TS-server running: civplayers.servegame.com

if u login there aswell as steam chat for NQ and civplayers I m sure ull find people
