[LP] Looking for Julius Caesar with his and Trajan's ability

So I'm making a request for a small mod. I'd love to have Julius Caesar with his Veni Vidi Vici ability and the Trajan'ss Column ability. I've been trying to figure out something, but I can't make heads or tails of the files. The only time I've really modded anything was some text editing in RTW waaaaaaaay back in the day. I appreciate if anyone is willing to help. I understand if you aren't inclined. Thanks
