Making Maps?

Hello everyone I want to know how I could make maps, because I want to create a Europe 1944 Map.

Maybe not yet I have that map from civ 4 named desert war that I converted it to civ 5.

Is there some 'easy way' to incorporate it with RED without revewing all file line by line to check for file path and stuff linked to the original 1934 europe mod?

No easy way, but it may be easier once the new version of the mod is done.
