Many Posts complaining about the repetitive nature of most of the CIV REV games. I think a Map Editor or mod editor would help. The general direction of the franchise is moving towards player modification - I think Civ Rev would benefit from this kind of move.

There will never be one. 2K officially stated there would be no more patches or new content back when patch 1.3 was released in late 2008. We can hope, but I think a sequel is more likely.
However I understand the ipad version does come with a scenario editor. I don't know anything about it as I don't have an ipad.
