Missing texture file

I love the EUI mod so much! It's awesome!

But, when I use it I get a missing texture error:

UnitAction64_DLC_03.dds

I searched the game directory on both my PC (steam install) and laptop (non-steam install) and couldn't find the file. It only happens when I use EUI.

Civ5 + BNW + G&K

Dx11

Max settings 3840x2160 59hz, no AA
