as I say on title, cant open policy panel link. because of that, of course I turned on 'able to skip policy' on advanced setting. but as you guys know, cant skip free policy by wonder or something like that.
I m not got at modding. just I think because of mods crashing. panel has appeared well on previous games.
really can't fix this problem? pls let me know if there is...
