Modding Community Civ V (BTS mod)

I have played CCV for a couple of weeks already and i wanted to mod it.
So, as usually, i copied the mod and renamed the copied one but it doesn't work...
Are there any files that search exactly Community Civ V folder, i can't see any yet.
As i can't copy it, i can't mod it.

Usually i can copy the original mod, rename it and mod but with CCV it doesn't work.

Not sure if your issue is actually CCV specific, but sounds more like a security issue. Stand-alone mods usually have everything self-contained in one folder under the BTS/Mods folder.
