More zooming in?

Any way to zoom in more in the game to check out the gorgeous graphics and units? Or is my resolution wrong..

I think there's a "high detail textures" or something like that setting in the graphics options which lets you zoom in closer than without it. It does eat up more computer resources though.

Open config.ini (with notepad or another text editor) in the "..\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5" folder and change the value on the line "Minimum Zoom Level = 11.0" to something lower (minimum is 4.0)

I seem to be able to zoom pretty close to the units and check out the details on the soldiers using my mouse wheel. Or did I miss the point?
