Multiplayer crash

Hello, I am here because I have been plagued from a very huge issue in multiplayer civ 5 all dlc, and 2k's support (I mean robots) have been absolutely useless. What used to happen is the game would desync every other turn, but now it won't even let me get into a multiplayer game without getting booted before I even get in. My drivers are up to date, and I have no mods installed. If you would like, I could send the error report from event viewer if that is any help what so ever. The ms info and dx diag are zipped together and attached. Thanks for any info you can offer in advance!
