[R&F] Need help removing mod

This mod shows up as subscribed but there is insufficient information to identify it, either on the game's mod menus or from the windows explorer mods folder. I googled this using the information and could find no reference to a "lazydave" mod for Civ 6. None show up in the workshop listing in Steam, either. Can someone please help me ID this so I can delete it from my mods folder? Thanks:

OK, figured out the mod was Chinese. Had to go through my dozens and dozens of mods by hand and figured out this was a mod that let you build cities in trees and the trees would stay. Sorry to bother you all.
