No Culture Flip Strategy

I have managed to keep some of the American cities I captured a 9 or 10. Others kept rebelling till they got down to one.... I did make two settlers and a few workers with the worst resisters

Wow, the first thread I made that went to two pages. I'm happy. I'm now playing a diety game and am going no where face. I am Romans and managed to take over my medium sized island, but It didn't have a single lux. oh well.

Personally. I like the strategy of turning off culture flips before i start the game. But if you like the "challenge", i'd agree that this is a good strategy
