No Free Horseman when first to discover horseback riding

Is there an error in civilipedia? I don't get a free horseman when i'm the first to discover horseback riding. (xbox360 version)

i didnt know u were meant to - but i never have when ive gotten horse back riding first.
Just a question, is ceremonial burial the only upgrade without a bonus?

No HR, BW, CB, Alpahbet, and Pottery are those that I know of at least that you don't get a bonus for. But yes, your not supposed to get a bonus for HR.

if you read in civilipedia it says that if you are the first to discover horseback riding you will get a free horseman in one of your cities, the same with BW and a free archer.
