One wonder for the Mongols would be the Naadam Field. Naadam is an important Mongol festival.
 
It's basically a festival ground. Here's a pic of the modern Naadam festival at Ulanbaatar:


Pre-modern Naadam fields would simply be huge open fields for events with tents and yurts around for shelter and a place to feast.

- Organized Hunting (what do you call that Mongol hunting method? Those huge excursions to basically circle a large area and force the game into a smaller and smaller circle? The Plains Indians did something similar with forcing buffalo to jump off cliffs...)
