Not-So-Useful leaders, city states, special abilities, traits (and so on)

Not so useful leader:
Henry VIII: can kill advisors.

Sounds pretty useful, actually.

Mighty Switzerland

UA: Swiss Cantons Cities cannot form trade routes to one another until the discovery of flight. Steals city names from the French, German and Italian city lists. Lack of collective government means each production, research or culture decision made requires 5 turns of discussion prior to adoption.

UU: Swiss Mercenaries Replaces Pikeman. upkeep: 5. May not be produced, only bought with gold. May be subsequently bought by other civilizations to fight for them.

UB: Swiss Bank Replaces Bank. Siphons off 5% of gold from other civilizations every turn. Every 100 turns, this must be repaid in full with 10% interest.

Wonder: Parthenon Marbles +5:c5faith:, Immediately sets the first civilization to discover archaeology to 'guarded' with you for the rest of the game.

Not-So-Useful Social Policy:
Deficit Spending

+50% :c5gold: in all cities, when future era is reached - 100% :c5gold:.

Not so useful CS: Moresnet
Gets gobbled up by the nearest civ after discovery giving that civ +1 tin resource.

Not so useful wonder: Games Workshop
Uses up your oil and iron.
Replaces all tech quotes with nerdy references.
Upon building your first Giant Death Robot you receive +10 happiness.

Not so useful civ: Bajan

Uses Polynesian art style, but Asian music

Default AI religion is Islam

Excels in producing food from sea tiles, but cannot hear your orders

Not so useful leader: Abraham Lincoln
Unique ability: Civil war- Your cities immediately start attacking eachother. All sources of cotton are pillaged.

New UA for Greece:

Leader: GW Bush
UA: receives 1 extra vote for every 4 oil resources owned. This is only not-so-useful because of the second half of the UA: wins election regardless of how few votes he receives

Not so useful World Wonder

WTO - every 3 turns a random resource is prohibited from being worked in each empire. Also - causes "Protestors" to spawn near city. May be shot for exp... err...

Not-so-useful social policy: racial hygiene

New Wonder: Facebook

Effect spreads in the same way as religion with Itinerant Preachers and Religious Texts

+100% :c5gold: and 50% more effective spies to the builder of the wonder, but -50% :c5production: to every city with Facebook (including the builder's own) with a 25% chance of rebels spawning, cannot spread to civs that chose the Order branch

Can only be built by a civ that chose the Freedom branch and requires Telecommunications technology, Facebook cannot be built if the Great Firewall is built by the same civ (in other words, Facebook and Great Firewall are mutually exclusive and Facebook's spy bonus does not work on the civ with Great Firewall) (after all, in real life, the country with the Great Firewall blocks Facebook)

I came up with the idea after reading that Facebook tops a billion "users" and no, I do not use Facebook.

Yes, everything is blocked in 'the civ with Great Firewall', including Facebook, YouTube, and sometimes even Google. Wikipedia was also blocked before. It's really unreasonable and extremely annoying.

Not-so-useful unique ability: Blocking Websites

-100% religion spreading rate. +2 , -33% , per city. (blocking so many nice websites also affects GDP)

Speaking of which, the Facebook "religion" cannot spread to the civ that built the Great Firewall as well. If a civ already has Facebook spread but completed the Great Firewall (and/or chose the Order branch), all of Facebook's effects disappear for that civ.

New UA for Greece:
Member of the European Union
Receive 10 gpt each from Germany, The Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden.
Not-So-Useful Greek UA:
Debt
-15,000 :c5gold: gold in national treasury every era.
