in a major battle the heroic Daimyo of the Imagawa led his troops in a last ditch defense of Fuji.

fully 10 regiments of ashigaru and Stoners have died before their leader has shown himself.
regretably it was after the noble leader of the Takeda has beheaded a rouge ashigaru.

he has been left to ponder his life, and givn a chance to redeem his warriors honour before the new season.
and DEATH!

just an update...

its now turn 89? 90?
there are just 2 humans left here - Soul's Takeda and Salte's Mori.

there seems to be a 10+ bushi, with minor spear/XBow support mori horde advancing north towards the takeda.
they are scattered into several gangs.

i expect contact to be made in the next 2-3 turns.

its been with salte for a few days now with no response.
im presuming holiday absence.

quite a lot, knut, quite a lot.

the Slaty hordes are charging at me, but i have managed to stem the first wave.
it is a mighty wave, and we are now dancing the rain dance just south of my borders,
with a smaller dance in "old imagawa" lands.

looks like the takeda forces are numerically challenged, but we get an A for effort.

i have the current save, but due to a heavy work load im playing this slowly.

i will post pix next time i play....
