Pendragon Mod

My plan right now is to finish the game I'm playing with my mod on S&T and then put in some generic diplo for the new leaders, get Civilopedia for the new leaders, get civilopedia text for the territories and also put more city names in. At that point I'll republish and continue working on unique diplo text for the new leaders and civilopedia for units and buildings, which I will likely have to make without any sources, so it could take a bit.
 
I'm thinking of changing Caste System a bit, I'd like to make it benefit specialists substantially but not give unlimited specialists, then boosting the amount of specialists you can assign for buildings, any suggestions?
 
Well, Version .8 is out!

Changes include:
Reworked Caste System and Specialists (Caste no longer gives infinite specialists but provides espionage)
Fixed Benn Spader Diplo greeting

This update will likely require extensive testing for balance. I need help! Please post any suggestions or issues here!

I need a bit more feedback though. If you have downloaded the mod please leave feedback, you have no idea how much I would appreciate it. As of right now I plan on buffing Caste System's espionage bonus a bit, but I don't know how it will balance/unbalance the game so I could use some help.

Quick question, does anybody know a list of colors that each civilization can be (ex Yellow, Cyan, Black, etc) because I would like to diversify the colors in my mod a bit.

IIRC it can be any color. I know how to change it to anything the game recognizes in WB, but not in XML.

Yeah, the issue here is XML though, I'll try the WB colors (I only need a couple new ones) and seee what happens.
 
The color definitions are in XML\Interface\ColorVals.xml. I think it's a vanilla file.

Well what do you know, it's right there, exactly where one would perhaps expect to look :). Now I'll have less grays/whites and hopefully some better variety in my next release (and hopefully with a scenario to go along with it).
 
Colors changed, I will start on civilopedia entries after I finsih my two stories and I'll also try to include a Earth map with each civ in a location it should excell at Ex: Cloral in Southeast Asia/Malaysia, Eelong in South American jungles etc. expect North America to be highly contested!
 
Back to modding! I've edited the colors, buffed Caste System, and began building civilopdeia entries, the mod should be polished fairly soon, I mean all I have to do is civilopedia, add specialists, and clear out any building/units I don't need :).

By the way, for building or unit strategy, would I just need to change the civilopedia text file and add TXT_KEY_BUILDING_XYZ_STRATEGY or is it in a different file?
