I never stopped playing a modded version of this mod.

What are some things that aren't supposed to work correctly?

I know the AIs don't settle as quickly, but doesn't matter with my way of play.

Same here with LeoPaRd stuff, time or location doesn't really matter in this day & age of highly mobile programming, AFAIC.
It doesn't get any more portable or within the implicit cloud than this.
