Problem With Changeing Civs PLS HELP!!!

Earlier today i found a way to make my earth map (the earth map that u get when u install the game) a hell of alot more fun, cause i founded a way to change the civs, the era, u name it. (open the map with notepad and change the info, like i was suggested in the forum it was to good to be true, and it obviously was could some1 please tell me what im doing wrong (i think i got the picture in there and all if not pls notifai me and tell me how to do) and if you see the picture pls tell me why when i start the game it just say you´ve been defeated ...
