Problem with the editor

I noticed that default rules in the editor are pretty badly mixed up, especially with upgrade paths.
For example, Cavarly upgrades to Sipahi, and Sipahi upgrades to Cossack. o.O

That is supposed to be, IIRC. This is meant to be for Russian civs so they can upgrade their knights to cossacks. If you cant build sipahi or cossack, you can't upgrade to them.
