I was fooling around with the mediterranean map from the european preorder in the newly released map editor (adding marble in carrara, Silver in Schwaz, smaller rivers...). Also it struck me strange that it was cut of at interesting sections (no sea connection to the Golf of Biscaya, no mesopotamia, truncated Egypt... It seems the only civilisation that someone can play in it was the Greek. The ptolemeyan world map woud be a much better setting
So i got some questions:
- is it possible to expand an existing map (from big to huge) (i don't mean the scaling feature)
- is it even legal to do that (since it is a map made by Firaxis)
- someone fancy the thought of making it into a scenario?
