Question

Hi.

I'm new to play Civilization IV: Beyond The Swords. The game looks very exciting, and I've been completely hooked on it in the last 3 days I have played it.

But I always lose wars, etc. Where is it you go into the diplomacy and can ask about peace, or declare war?

And how are the tricks to the people to win wars?

How do you get hold of cavalry, you can attack with. And give a list of cities?

Hope you do not take me as a complete idiot, if I do not know this. But there are some that could help me out with these questions?

post this in the civ 4 general or srategy forums. but to answer your question: diplomacy is entered by clicking the leaders name in the bottom right hand corner. make sure you build units before hand, build modern ones, and know what units counter which. The War Academy is a good place to get started.
