Random localization place names?

Using MC's custom civlization template I had all the localization place names working. I did some other clean up work for Agenda text etc but now all of the sudden my place names are all random coming from other civs?

What did I do? Before I would get LOC_CIV_RIVER_NAME so I knew where the errors were in text, but this random thing is new.

fixed it. Found some extra parentheses

for those that trouble shoot, I found bouncing around the semi-colon until it works helped debugging
