This was one of H.Balck's Units which was removed evidently due to some SERIOUS copyright infringements

This is the first time I have this information. I can throw out this unit in the upcomming CCM 3 without bigger problems.

It's the same deal re: why all the joint TopGun/FireFox Units were removed: FF evidently did the same as Balck. I don't know the details of either, but I'd like too, as, e.g., some of the earliest Units in our db are conversions from AOK etc. - which leads me back to that "Fair Use Doctrine."
