[RELEASE] Events with Images! (Now with source code!)

UPDATE: That's right, fellow modders, events are now able to have images to go along with them! A picture is worth a thousand words, so here it is:

Excited about the possibilities here? Good! But first, credit for this amazing feet must be given to the incredible modder who did it all: EmperorFool (known for his work on the BUG mod). Also, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Willem who gave me the idea of adding images to the event popups in the first place! So a huge thanks goes out to both of you!

This mod is mostly a few lines of code in the SDK and some XML changes. There are two versions available: a download for casual modders that is more "plug-n-play", and a download for advanced modders who want to combine the new code with all their code in their own modcomp.

is this compatibile with BTS 3.19?

because i've merged the mod (and edited the xml files) but it still tells me it doesn't parse correctly.
