Is there any way to get rid of that sound? I'm starting to get tired of the game just from hearing it, and my roommate gets annoyed at me because he doesn't want to talk to his girlfriend with computer kissy noises in the background. Everything else is fine, I just want to never hear that sound again.

In your Colonization directory, go to Assets/Sounds and replace file "kissmyring.wav" with one which fits your taste more. 
Remember to make a copy of the original file (just to be on the safe side) and the new file should be a .wav file, too.
