Road to war - No picture icons?

Hello, maybe a very noob question. But first time ive loaded this mod and i have no icon pictures for units. Its all green signs

Is this normal? Because its kinda confusing.

Yes, it's normal. The creator decided to use the NATO symbols for units rather than pictures.

Yeah I don't like it either, makes it harder to pick stuff out.

I figured the designer was a tabletop wargamer who was used to looking at those symbols (they are often used in wargames to represent divisions of troops). But it would be great if someone did a version of this mod with headshots or something instead. I, for one, am not used to looking at the NATO symbols and haven't played with this mod much for that very reason.

Hmmm. Something to consider as an enhancement to my mod. It is a small change.

In the Art files there is a dds file for the icon. I may look at change them however, as I use Divisions (**), corps (***) and Armies (****), it will take some consideration.
