Rome Total War rules manual?

Got the RTW original but the package had no rules manual. Where can I get the rules?

The readme on the disc says it's on a disc somewhere. Where?

If you have this on a steam account you have access to the manual from your game selection menu. You might also be able to register via Activate Product on Steam and gain access that way.
