Stage one of the testing plan is complete. It's very basic. Please see the testing plan in the first post to download the biq/files for testing. There are some simple testing instructions too as this is not a standard style of civ play.

If anyone has time to test it and give feedback it should only take about 5 minutes to do and would be much appreciated.

Will begin work on stage two now.
