I see nothing wrong with allowing students to pray during school. If a group of students requests a room for private prayer (if one is available) then there isn't really an issue. The SC ruled in Good News Club v. Milford Central School that schools must afford religous groops equal access to school facilities so there is some precedent for that.
I go to a all muslim school and there are alot of them that are really religious and still nobody misses class, Im not a good muslim I never pray let alone 5 times a day
