This is too slow. I can't see a way to make it considerably faster in Orleans, even if I omit the unnecessary monument. Life is limited by worker turns and tech rate even though Paris has been burned to the ground.

This is also too slow for the Oracle, but it does provide a nice springboard for the future. We have a second worker, and an extra mine. The second city is a lot more useful than the second city in my T94 Oracle, even considering the 8 turns difference. The two cities really do allow for
